Flights are booked VA LHR to MCO. where to sit in premium?

We have our flights booked and picked row 18 in premium against the rear bulkhead. I picked these so that there is nobody sat behind us but our travel agent mentioned that these seats won't recline. Has anyone sat in these seats and is this true? I find it hard to believe but I just wanted to check with the experts before the rest of the seats go. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Yeah I always use Seat Guru - seatguru/airlines/Vi...330_200_V1.php I am assuming might be your plane type. It doesn't mention this issue on these seats so not sure it is an issue. I've not sat here unfortunately so can't confirm

BA Source is a much better website for British Airways seat maps, rather than seat guru. Seat guru is missing some configurations.

Well row 19 on the 747 used to be the best seats with full recline, I don’t see the new format on the 200 would be any different.

presumably it is A330/200 and if so then yes they will recline

Best Premium seats on a Virgin Atlantic Airbus A330-200
Top picks: 14A, 14K, 18A, 18K.

The layout of the seats on the A330-200 is not too dissimilar to those we’ve already seen on the -300 and the Dreamliner. The cabin is comprised of 35 seats in a slightly staggered 2-3-2 configuration. The main difference is that these seats are newer than the Premium seats on all of Virgin’s Airbus A330-300s and most Dreamliners. This is because Virgin had to install an entire new Premium cabin on the A330-200s that it bought from Air Berlin after it went bankrupt.

This cabin is also a win for the window-seat lovers, as six out of the 10 window seats in the cabin have views that are unobstructed by the wings. If you want to try out some of the newest Premium seats that the airline has, then you’ll have to be flying on very specific routes.

In a similar way to the Dreamliner and the A330-300, for extra legroom and easier egress with a side of baby bassinet, row 14 is the one for you.

But, if you’d rather maximise your recline time to get as much sleep as possible, then you’re best off in row 18.

If it was me I’d try and get row 18 too. So I’d definitely keep the ones you have.
