Apparently you have to pick the magic bands up at Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs

Yes sorry I didn’t mean stopped them completely
I meant giving them to you when you order the tickets and stay onsite

We just bought the combo ticket through this deal. £666 each with magic bands and the flex plus cover so can return for a no quibble refund if necessary. Im happy with that!
