Anyone recommend a rubber flooring - I need 8m x 4m in my shed, reasonably thick, but not too spongey, and good grip.

Thanks - where did you get yours - did you stick them down, as I don't want mine to ruck up - more movement based than weights...

Same for our shed. Very easy to cut the edge pieces to size.

We got ours from Halfords.

We have this too. Its slightly rigid so non slip. We put the flexible foam underlay underneath (usually used for under wooden floors)
So our base is concrete then the underlay then the square foam mats that fit together. Its brilliant, been used daily since completed in the first lock down.

We got them from eBay, didn’t need to stick them as went from edge to edge and cut at one side to fit exactly.
