They did get a bigger room with a bay view which would have been lovely as we were directly underneath reception so could hear every footstep….! We ended up having a bbq a couple of times in the end, sometimes it’s nice not to have to get showered and dressed for a meal out and just have something simple instead 😃 |

Just catching up! The tour looks wonderful and I agree about combining them. The views were epic.
Your checking in description made me laugh - such a shame Flash was on duty on your return! The price of supermarket food is eye watering - perhaps the locals all eat out instead of buying there!

 Honestly it was painful and as I’m now peri menopausal I was having a hard time keeping a lid on my irritation  . We look back now and laugh but I could have cried  The prices in the supermarkets will make me never complain about Tesco prices ever again

The tour sounds great fun and your new hotel room looks a good size. Oh my though the cost of the groceries is crazy! Still it sounds like you had a yummy BBQ in the evening.
