Navmii works fine, also an app called "Here we go" is good, download Florida map before you go and they both work using no data just gps

Navmii is great. I used it last year. Download it now and program in your favourite destinations before you go (or while you are using Wifi) and then they are ready for you and you don't need to search (which is hit and miss if you have data switched off).

As it works off GPS it doesn't cost you anything. If you have data switched on then it will give traffice alerts and will search Google for your destination if you haven't pre-programmed it but you can do all those things if you can connect to WiFi and leave data switched off.
