How do I check if Volcano Bay is at capacity?

Arriving next Sunday, plan is to go to VB first thing Monday (not staying on site) mainly to get our bearings and then hopefully go later in the day. Hoping crowds will be less than recent reports. How do I check whether they are at capacity?

Was extremely busy last week.
My advice would be to get there around 1-2pm to get your bearings.
We went quite a few times and the park starts emptying around 3pm.
We would stay until 9pm. From around 6pm a lot of the rides were walk on. During the day return times were up to 4 hours.
Should be a.bit quieter next week as the kids will be.back at school.
Apparently even when it's busy it's not even half capacity according to the workers.
Not a nice place during the day, amazing place during the evening.

Link your tickets to a card via the app before you go. Your party can then pay for everything apart from the lockers with their tapu then from when.you get in there.

It didn't work on the app but if you go to the website and look at park hours it says if it's at capacity.
I cannot find the page I used to look at on my phone at the moment.

I haven't checked - but read somewhere that they put on twitter whether they are at capacity or not and keep it up to date - maybe worth a check

I don't think you will have a problem. We went yesterday arrived in the car park at nine and was in the park by quarter past. Longest queue was 90 minutes. Got on all the slides. Tapu tapu worked perfectly.
