DDP - Tips do these have to be cash ?

Hey guys,

I have the DDP, when having the sit down meals do tips need to be paid in cash or can I charge to room? I have $1000 credit on our room because of the CBR fiasco this week!

Also it a set percentage in America for tips? We are a family of 4 2a 2C?

Thanks guys?

You can just charge to the room. We found that we needed very little cash at all - one of the perks of staying on site

Have a good holiday!

Charge to room.
I found it helpful to clearly write on the receipts what was charged to room or cash so I could check against the statement. For example, we charged tips and paid cash for alcoholic drinks, and in one case the drinks were also charged. It wasn't a problem, the CM removed the drinks from the bill, but it was good to have a record.

That's great, the $1000 should more than cover all your tips. .
