Actually just went and checked on the off chance just now and there was a slot for 4:50 so space mountain got bumped lol 😀😀😀

There was talk about not being able to make fastpass after a certain time on party nights in which I mean well before 7pm, I'm thinking I saw 6pm mentioned. Not sure if this has been implemented yet if at all.
Last year apparently you couldn't make fastpasses with just a party ticket as they dont get linked to the fastpass system unless anyone had any scucess.

Ive read the last fast pass is 5:30-6:30 for mnsshp and 5:00-6:00 for mvmcp . They want to clear the parks , same for adrs you can't get one for mnsshp past 6pm in mk unless you have a party ticket or book the special mnsshp dining option . There's only Tony's they has a closing time of 7pm the rest are 6pm.
