Pet Shops in Orlando

Graham - Bobby is spoilt too - he got 3 new collars and leads from our trip to California, and 3 new toys too!

Julie - oooh I won't take DD 17 to the flea market then, she will not be impressed. Whereabouts is the pet shop at Old Town? We've never been, but I'm thinking Old Town is not too far from WDW, is it in Kissimmee?

Old Town is on the 192, Friday & Saturday nights they have car rallys and i believe Sundays is Bikes. The shops are open all week though

Im sure someone will be along to give more precise directions

Thanks Julie - don't really need directions, as we will be using a taxi, just a rough idea of the time it would take from the Dolphin at WDW.

Hi we drove out one day to Winter Gardens,they had quite a few pet shops but pretty upmarket ones,there were people walking there fancy pooches up and down the street

The Walmart and Petsmart are on a shopping plaza on the south-east side of the junction of Sandlake Road and John Young Parkway. Any cab driver should be able to find it from these directions. Its a big junction so make sure he drives right into the plaza.

There used to be a proper Pet Shop in the Florida Mall many years ago. I think it was just outside Sears but it closed a long time ago. They sold animals as well including dogs and cats but it was always the snakes we went to into see.

Hello Mazzy

It was my live trippie. Here are a few pics. (My friend is a doggy nut + I took them for her!) The shop seemed to specialise in doggy gifts. It had a HUGE range of biscuits - in a display that would not look out of place in a cake shop! It also had a range of fancy dress clothes. The shop is opposite Adrenaline - the surf place.

Gosh Annie - can't believe all those treats are for dogs! LOL at the fancy dress outfits - love the hot dog one!

I can thoroughly recommend the Gourmet Dog Bakery! Digey would be VERY unhappy if we came home without a selection box from there !

We used to go to the Bark Avenue Bakery on Sand Lake Road but last time we were there I found a maggot in one of the packets of treats ! I showed it to the assistant and she said she had asked one of the girls to check them but she must have missed that one. I decided I didn't want to buy treats from there anymore .
