My Disney days are 11th-26th November, when would I be allowed to call? What do you need just the park tickets and a park reservation? We are staying off-site

You can call 30 days before the 30th of November. You need your MDE account all set up with tickets,park reservations and your party all linked. You log in through your MDE account so the CM can see all this when they join the chat with you.

Thank you that’s good to know, I might try my luck on Sat 29th or Sun 30th Oct first as I’m working the rest of that week then we fly on the following weekend. Earliest I can call during the week is 3pm UK time so I would miss the 12pm opening

Defo try the Sat at noon then, hitting the button dead on 12.00 shortens your wait considerably
