Sunflower lanyard - hidden disabilities

We got our original ones at Gatwick airport and more recently got one from customer services at Sainsbury's. You do have to ask for it at Customer service though. These are given out free.

Yes they do. I have read about people covering the sensor with a post-it note.

We were talking about this in the latest episode of the Great British Mickey Waffle podcast! One of our team uses park maps for this very purpose and was most annoyed that DLP are not currently printing them.

Mason is the same with hand dryers. He is fine with the automatic flush though (or was 4 years ago) 👍🏻

She’s made some little shapes out of foam which she calls her “shut the flush ups” and bless her she’s even added a pipe cleaner handle for me 😂 they work here so praying they work there too

hiddendisabiltiesstore.com do a whole range of sunflower scheme items including various I have... cards which have brief explanations on the back - some of which you can add photo id to as well as several different type of lanyard and card holders- including a smaller kids sized lanyard with breakaway fastening

I got ds a wrist band to try as he hates wearing a lanyard -

Little tip I read somewhere was to cover the auto flush button with something, so then reassured the person who struggles with them. Something small and discreet like a post it would do the trick and can then be binned once finished with.
