Arriving by train
We will be arriving on a Sunday lunchtime by train. How do we get our luggage to the hotel? I cant imagine the park busses letting people on with cases.

Is it a Disney hotel? If so, you can pay for something called Disney Luggage Service (or words to that effect). You drop your cases at the station and they take them to your hotel so that you can go straight to the park. Then on the way home you do the reverse - leave your cases as the hotel and pick themn up at the station. It's a little pricey (I paid £60 for 4 of us) but it's SO useful.

Thank you, I didn't realise it would be something you had to pay for staying in a Disney Hotel. Can you pay on the day or do you have to prebook?

I believe you have to prebook. I think it's about 16 Euros per person from memory? When you get off the train you have to go upstairs with your luggage and check it all in, and then they take it to the hotel for you.
To be honest we have never bothered. We prefer to get checked in and see our room, request a kettle from reception and check everything is OK. It's only a 15 minute walk even to Cheyenne or Santa Fe (and the others are nearer), so we never bother with the buses. So we just take all our luggage with us. I'm pretty sure they do let you on the bus with luggage though as I'm sure we have done it sometimes. The return service is worth it though, and you can book that separately at the hotel if you haven't booked the service both ways. You take your luggage to the luggage room on your last morning, and they take it to the station for you. It's 25 Euros per room (not per person).

There's no problem taking cases etc on the buses - they're not usually very busy in the middle of the day anyway. If you don't want to pay for the luggage service you can take your bags to the hotel and leave them in the baggage room if your room isn't ready yet.

The on-site and offsite buses are fine with you taking your luggage on board with you from the train station to your hotel .
