Avengers campus opening date
So, ‘Summer 2022,’ what does that mean exactly? Universal’s Volcano Bay was a Summer opening…that turned out to be May.
Just for fun, anyone want to take a guess at the official opening exact date? We can see who was right soon with a bit of luck! I’ll start with June 4th! Edited at 11:59 PM. |

I am SO hoping it will be by the time we go in mid-June, but summer officially starts on 21st June, so I've been thinking it's very unlikely. I'm encouraged by the May date that you mentioned for Volcano Bay though, so will keep the faith for a little longer yet

It's frustrating not having a date to work to isn't it? We just have to accept that it's an ongoing and very involved project. Looks like they are making good jumps of progress though.
As the marvel area being open is one of the top things on my list for my visit this year I've booked the very last week of August. I don't want to move our holiday another time! My guess however is early July, maybe around the 7th. Would love it to open sooner though! |

We were there until yesterday and to be honest even though they had the boardings up , it looks almost ready - we could see the shields up .
cant wait to go back when its open . It was so nice to be there with no Masks ! |

Well my fear has been getting covid while I’m there as yet to get it….until now! I’m so rough but at least I won’t be worried now that I’ll pick it up there for the first time. I’ve done well to avoid it so far!
It’s great to hear that it looks advanced in construction in real life as the photos I’ve seen give a different impression. Fingers crossed for beginning of July 🤞🏻 I’m hoping they open 4th June to follow suit with Cali! |
