This may make me sound awful but it’s not meant that way. It is a normal theatre show as others have said. When we saw it, lots of children couldn’t sit through it, lots of up and down and singing and dancing. It was really distracting as it’s not meant to be like a panto. I think that’s why it’s an older age range but there were definitely very young children in our performance.

One thing to say is brace yourself when you exit the show with those tuk tuks when you leave. There must have been about 30 of them blasting let it go when we left and they blocked so much of the road!

We took our 6 year old in October, it was her first show, and even with her we had to stop her fidgeting. We were sat on the very back row so less likely to annoy anyone, but while she loved it and she’s used to going to an arena for sports (and she doesn’t stay still there,) I think it was on the cusp of being a little too long for her.

They did change it to 4, I think because people were taking in Children that wouldn’t sit still and were annoying other customers. At the end of the day they tickets aren’t cheap, even my back row ones were £20 and that was the cheapest rate.

I do know some under 4’s that’s been and were fine , but we aren’t taking our 3.5 yr old granddaughter as she would be likely to sing.
I’m not sure this is the case any more. There was a little girl behind us with a dummy in, who kept crying and saying she was scared at the start. She cheered up when the songs started and was belting them out at the top of her voice! Having said that, she was the only one I heard, so I was probably only aware of her because she was directly behind us. She did seem a little young for it though - she kept asking her family what was happening and what the actors had just said and why - although to be fair, the adults were just as loud when they were explaining it to her, so it wasn’t all down to being young.
