These are ones that are in one of the stickies above:

Disney's approved vendors are:-
Apple Scooter 321-SCOOTER 726 6837 local to WDW at Crossroads shopping centre
Best Price Mobility 866-866-3434
Buena Vista Scooters 866-484-4797 or 407 938-0349
Care Medical 407-856-2273 or 800-741-2282
Scooterbug 407-532-7400 or 1-800-SCOTBUG (726-8284)

I've used Gold Mobility and Florida Mobility Rentals - we've always stayed in a villa so haven't needed to ensure Disney approved. Was really impressed with Gold Mobility the last time - they turned up in the timeframe they said they would, the delivery man was very courteous and took the time to ensure that I knew how the scooter worked and that I understood the paperwork. I can't remember whether it was then same man who picked up but I do remember it was a particularly scorching afternoon and when I tried to tip he refused, saying he wasn't allowed, but was happy to accept our left over bottles of iced water.

I totally recommend Gold Mobility. I'm using them again this trip. Their Pride scooters include a 'captains seat' (ie the bigger one) and a small fan built onto the handlebars! Sheer bliss.

Gold Mobility is waaaaaaaay cheaper than Walker! You will find that all the 'approved' companies charge at least 10% more than the 'unapproved' ones, and you're paying only for the privilege of not having to meet the person dropping off or picking up the scooter at each end of your hire. I'd rather meet the drop-off guy: at least you can run through things with them and ask questions.

I'm also jumping on sorry! What sort of price are the scooters? I will need one when we go for my health (despite trying to build up my steps I cant get over a certain amount with then being in pain and exhaustion). I'm hoping to just use it if we go out of an evening (when my pain is always at its worst) or if we plan on doing a whole park day.
