Just in case you dont realize, for each reward you have to go to that particular casino to have it loaded on to your mlife card. Am I making sense? lol

Yeh, that makes sense, I didn't realse that at all. I have 3 rewards booked in 3 different hotels, so I'll need to therefore take a trip to each hotel to get them loaded individually.

Can you do it at the same time as you plan on using the reward or does it need to be done in advance?

The rewards I have taken are all pre booked ticketed rewards, does that change things? I expect I may have to show the reward card when entering alongside the ticket, but in my head it makes no sense to get something loaded on to a card when I already have a ticket to enter.

If you already have tickets then you’re sorted, you only need a card and go to the Mlife counter to redeem rewards at that casino, such as freeplay, food/drink discounts etc.
