I’m veggie, but doing my best to be as Vegan as possible with the hope of being fully Vegan one day.
Thanks for the Vegan wiki universal link too. 😊
It is becoming alot easier to Vegan, so I am sure you will be one day. Is there any specific foods you are struggling to replace?

I’m 90% there really, I’ve stopped having dairy - I have oat milk in my coffee etc, but sometimes I just ‘need’ something sweet and I choose to ignore that the cake has been made with eggs etc.
I know there are vegan options for pretty much everything now, but I’m heading in the right direction & will get there.
I became vegetarian in stages too, I started off as pescatarian then eventually after a couple of years vegetarian. 😊

I can’t wait to have the vegan maple bar and apple fritter from voodoo donuts. 😀

That's great! Everyone is different and it's what works for you.

I went from eating meat and dairy to Vegan overnight, which probably wasn't the best way of doing it but it worked for me.

I think the Apple Fritter will be the first one I buy when I return next year. Honestly is beats any cinnamon roll you can get at Cinnabon. I've thought about trying to make my own at home, but never fancy deep fat frying at home. I think it feels healthier when you don't see it being cooked!

GreAt report. Thanks for taking the time to write it.

So many vegan options and they all look great. That panini looked so good!

Voodoo Doughnuts

So pleased you were happy with Voodoo Doughnuts. I knew they catered for vegans but have yet to try any (I'm not vegan but have tried several sweet treats at a vegan cafe/restaurant in the Lake District so I was curious if these would be as good).
