Infuriating

Just spent 4 hours waiting for the online chat and they come on just as DD has to go out and so we’ve been bumped to the back of the queue.
We only have two more chances of us being around at 12pm with DD around to try again. So annoyed that they make it so difficult. Not helped by DH having someone cause a car accident this morning so he also spent hours on the phone trying to get through to insurance. What a wasted day.
