tickets from cancelled trip

please does anyone have an email address for DL (NOT ticketinquiries@disneyonline.com as they said I need to phone

) regarding online tickets we purchased from 365 Tickets for our cancelled trip due October 2020?
We downloaded our tickets as soon as we paid for them but they have now expired and unfortunately due to health issues, we are unable to travel for the foreseeable future, so I just wondered if there's any way they would honour them or offer some kind of refund? TIA
