I'm sorry but basic housekeeping is a fundamental part of staying in a hotel.

In 2019 housekeeping was pretty dire when we stayed at POR.

This is another example of WDW extrapolating money from guests for something that others include as standard, and let's be perfectly honest, WDW hotels for the money, are not as good as off site... It's about the "bubble"...

Now, it's only a rumour but isn't it a sign of the times with WDW, that we are actually contemplating that this is a possibility whereas when I joined this forum at its inception the very idea we'd pay for a basic fundamental service at WDW would have been unbelievable and the poster mocked!

But Disney have said it’s not true.

Pretty shocking stuff. Even more shocking is people quoting one of the hotels charging £500 a night to stay! - wow.

Yes I realise but you’ve said another example of Disney extrapolating money from guests. They are in many situations but Disney have said this rumour is not true.

WDWNT is widely known as an inaccurate source.

I don't think there is any need for that. I wasn't being rude. Just pointing out Disney have said it's not true. They exploit money situations but this one so far isn't proven to be true. If it does then so be it.

Why can't things be discussed without sarcastic comments?

Unfortunately current guests are already sharing that they aren’t getting full housekeeping currently.

It’s not very impressive.

It was not very good back in 2019... I

With the lack of housekeeping the rooms should be cheaper as your getting less for your money

Also. When you opted out of housekeeping before you had daily security checks... With the lack of Housekeeping now... security must be busy!
