What changes to genie + would you like to see

I know there is a big thread about the change to genie + booking in advance, but what would you like to see Disney do with it after the change.
My personal choice would be for them to limited the amount of genie + they give out and stop the pre booking. I would prefer it if you where able with genie + to just go to each ride and tap into it without booking it, but to stop chaos you can only use it once per ride per day. Park hopping could cause a problem but they might limit it to use in 1 park per day.
What would you like to see Disney do with genie

I would like it to include all rides rather than an extra cost for the headliners.

Make it the same as paper fastpass was. So you can’t book a LL unless you are actually physically there. Reason being, there can only be so many people in a physical queue for (the equivalent of) a FP machine. And the slot you get should be like it was with paper FP - an hour or so’s time.

Personally we made FP+ work but I do understand that the vast majority of guests didn’t.

Agree with this. Most other theme parks that offer fast/express passes you need to be in the park to book them. This includes Universal, Busch, Sea World and the UK theme parks.

I think they should just get rid of this and all other "jump the queue" passes. Just let people decide which ride they go on and if it's popular there will be a queue if it isn't then there won't

I know it's not Genie, but can I throw getting rid of the park reservation system into the mix please?

I think we made Genie+ work too, but I preferred most aspects of the old FP+ system.

I would like to change the one lightening lane per attraction only rule. The current system assumes everybody wants to do everything once, there are loads of things on lightening lane that we do not want to do at all, but others we would like to do more than once per day (without queuing).

But then other people who bought Genie + could miss out on riding a single time because you rode more than once. I think once per attraction is fair to give more people a chance of riding.

So what, somebody else gets the opportunity of doing the things I don’t want to do. How does fairness come into this anyway, is it fair that some people cannot go to WDW at all if you want to get sanctimonious about it.

It is a lighthearted thread about what people would change if they could.
