Can anyone recommend villa community near champion gate

We usually stay at West Haven.

It’s near to Championsgate, but the whole Championsgate area has become very busy with increased traffic.

We also usually stay at West Haven but think we will have to look elsewhere next time as the traffic was already getting bad when we last went in 2019.

This is what we said. The traffic is so bad at the moment. I know there is work going on at the I4 junction, but there seems to be so many new housing estates being built in that area. I can’t see the traffic volume improving.

Just back from Champions Gate and it’s okay. It’s mainly the I4 junction that’s the issue.
It’s being reconstructed and hopefully it’ll be completed within next few months.
Think traffic is constantly heavy but found travelling on weekends was less congested

The junction at Champions Gate is due to complete well in advance of projected dates
Friends tell me the on to the i4 i4 lanes is expected to be complete in the next 2/3 months
But the off that causes the issues going home in the afternoon has a way to go

It's a bit further up the US27 but we love Highlands Reserve. Will be there Wednesday once we navigate these farsical tests!

We’re at highlands reserve in June, keep us posted on the traffic please!

We stay at town centre reserve and recently lake wilson preserve, both off the I4 junction 58 which as others have said is a nightmare. We used Old Lake Wilson Road and avoided the whole champions gate exit of the I4.
We also got the visitors toll pass so again used toll rds to avoid this area even though we stay close by.
It hasn't stopped us staying in the area we gave just found alternative routes to avoid the chaos. I am hoping it will be resolved for our next trip.

We have stayed on West Haven a few times and loved it. Solterra is fab also.
