where can we do a meet and greet with chewbacca?

We saw him and Rey around Galaxy�s Edge a few times. I didn�t notice if they were doing proper meet and greets though. He�s no longer in the Launch Bay for the time being.

We also saw Chewy and Rey walking around Batu randomly, it was quite bizarre but cool! He waved at me 🤣

Me and my son met Chewy and Darth (separately) in Star Wars Launch bay, ( closed atm). It was fantastic, loads of photos and hugs ( off chewy not Darth). Darth played the part incredibly well.
Think there are also options for Kylo and BB8?

Yes but as you say, closed at the moment. I�ve not heard of a reopening date.

Shame, Chewy was such a great interaction. He loved DDs light up trainers and had her stamp her feet for him!
