Miami - things to do

Hi, we are flying into Miami for 2 nights prior to our Orlando holiday. There are 4 adults and 3 children between 7 and 13 and we are staying on south beach.

Just looking for some ideas of things to do. Nothing to strenuous as this will hopefully be a relaxing couple of days prior to a busy fortnight.
Thanks

We are doing exactly the same, the second day we will be traveling up to Kissimmee, but the first full day we are going to South beach for a couple of hours then onto Bayside marketplace for a look round the shops then a boat trip round the rich and famous houses, then Bubba gumps

You can do a great Kayaking trip across the bay of Biscayne to Flagler Island, then down the canals with all the houses on. This is what we did at Xmas.

Bike hire, Botanical gardens, trip to Wynwood walls if the teens might be interested? Would also recommend The Big Pink restaurant if still there

We bought day tickets for the open top bus tour that also included a boat ride in February this year. We hopped on right outside our hotel & it was a great way to see the city - we only got off the bus once to join the boat tour. We realised the bus tickets were actually valid for 2 days, but we only used them for the first day. On the second day we hired bikes & rode along the beach front. I'd recommend both.
