It happens a lot if you dont have your phone on the right setting it wont let you access the rewards. If you are in Vegas as a local they can not access the rewards like we all can and if you turn off location services thats what happens. On a Vegas forum that I am a member of its a very common question

OMG thank u so much, changed my phone since last visit n wondered why all my offers had disappeared, all cone back now I have turned location on
