Can someone like myself who called up and changed their previous booking to the new offer to take advantage of the discounts, confirm on their new booking invoice if the deposit carried over? Mine is showing the full price with a £0.00 deposit paid

You have to wait for a second invoice a few days later when the finance dept move your deposit - the CM should have explained this

I booked yesterday and the T&Cs that accompanied my invoice were the usual loss of deposit, £50 pp. |
