Flight Deals?

Every time I book a flight, or look at prices, I always see people on here managing to secure amazing deals - has anyone come across anything lately?

Looking for August 2021 (last 2 weeks - we are going 11 - 25 August), ideally flying from Manchester directly to MCO as we do not drive abroad so need to get straight to MCO for the Magical Express shuttle.

Found a deal that was £820 per adult for direct flights, MAN - MCO with Virgin Atlantic but the company you booked them through was one I have never heard of before and I couldn't see wording for ATOL Protection so didn't risk it. Now I'm looking again and flights are now averaging £1,200 for the same per person.

Have to agree, most cheapie flights will be from London and me too would not book through an online 3rd party. Direct or through a recognised TA.

You are both indeed correct. BA are offering direct flights from Heathrow for the same dates at less than £800 per person, which is cheaper than what we originally booked for this year before cancellation - good stuff!

Last week there were the £300 direct virgin flights from Manchester and London for July/August. It was code share through Air France/Lufthansa. There were a few threads on it and posted in the School holidays flights glitch thread.
