Elton John in little Wigan!

well-in Leigh actually

went to see Elton John at Leigh sports village last night-amazing concert, great weather and a fab atmosphere

saw him for the first time almost 40 years ago and he was just as good after all these years

took eldest DD and she enjoyed it too

Sounds good. I went to see Dolly Parton last night in Manchester. She was great too. Bit of an odd venue Leigh Sports village? Bet he was fantastic.

I was there too, loved it. Although Elton John flew over in his helicopter before we were even out of the ground! Brilliant concert and great weather.

Where abouts where you all sitting? I was in block AA5 on the floor to the left and everyone was going wild, dancing in the aisles much to the dismay of the event security folks
