I remember once getting ready for work in the dark and using a pritt stick instead of a deodorant

Yes I have done that with spray deodorant instead of hair spray ...good thing is you only ever do it once😂

Somebody at work was talking about something that had happened in his home town. Police helicopters and armed police etc. for a jumper on the roof. I actually thought he meant the item of clothing. Never been so embarrassed.

I was taking my friend to the theatre as a birthday treat.
I met her at reading and we hopped on the train to Paddington together.
We’d been chatting for ages when I thought it seemed a very long journey...
We were Swansea bound 🤦🏼
No hope whatsoever of seeing the show😭😭😭
But, it was hilarious and the guards were superstars and made our day.
This is really not the kind of thing I do at all but we were talking and just not paying attention

My stepmother has worn her son’s school blazer to work before. Nobody told her 🤣

Wore one brown boot and one black boot to work! Exact same style so didn't realise until halfway through the day.

As I was leaving work on Friday I saw a Tesco delivery van pulling in, I wondered whether the same one would then be going to my house as my hour slot was in 10 minutes and I love round the corner.

Guess who put the wrong address for delivery 😂

Thankfully the driver was really good about it and agreed to take the delivery to my house.

Years ago was serving out Sunday roast complete with gravy and horse raddish and where the pudding was chocolate sponge and chocolate sauce, it was then I realised that I had poured choccy sauce over the roast and everybody had eaten it without complaint!

When we went on our first holiday to florida, i was reading about airboat rides. It stated in the book you could do nighttime rides and they put spot lights on alligators. My mind must have gone really crazy as i was imagining lots of alligators with those helmet type lights on. I turned to dh and said something like OMG they must spend all day catching them to put the lights on?! Needless to say never lived this momemt down ever
