EE or not EE

Sorry for messing with Shakespeare’s immortal words.

I have been with EE for my mobile & Broadband for more years than I would like to remember but I’m not happy with the new mobile contracts they have offered. I have £9pm customer loyalty which cannot be transferred.

Looking for recommendations from you for a provider with reliable after sales service. I am looking at ‘unlimited data and Three is looking good to me. at the moment.

Your input would be invaluable.

Can't talk about after sales service as never really used it for any phone provider.

Currently have Vodafone and Three in my dual SIM phone. Three has the better coverage and is unlimited data and good speeds.

Know people with EE and they seem pretty happy as well.

I would get the one that has the best coverage where you normally go and is the best price for you out of those two.

I’ve been with EE since they were Orange. Always happy with them. I always ring rather than going online to negotiate new upgrades etc. Just upgraded to a new S20 and got it cheaper than the new S20FE which is cheaper model.

I gave them a ring in the week and no negotiation on any of the contracts. What you see is what you get. Not looking to include any phone deals so just Sim Only contract.

I'm with EE and the signal is generally good, but 3 mobiles coverage isn't so good and when I had issues with the sims we bought for Florida (Florida calls are now included in our EE plan) 3 mobile were a nightmare to deal with. EE are known to have a better reception than 3 mobile so I would pay more for EE if push came to shove.

After being a loyal Vodafone customer for over 17 years, it became apparent that loyalty means nothing and so I switched! As long as you can get mobile coverage, I’d go with any of the providers that offer you the best deal. I’m with sky, DS with EE and DH with 02. Not had a problem with any.

Hubby used to have Vodafone for his works mobile but had to go outside to get any connection.

I am leaning towards Three but more interested in what their after sales Service is like. I am happy with EE but cheaper contracts elsewhere with the same mobile coverage.

Just switched to Three from O2 (yesterday), so can’t say personally, but both sons have been on Three for over a year and no complaints.
