We had the best time in Front Standing on Friday. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a show so loud in my life.

Can’t wait to do it all over again in August

If you ticket clearly states it's a non-obstructed view, then it turns out to be obstructed, then that's not on.
I've not actually been yet - so I'm hoping things will be adjusted for August - I have to say I'm not holding out much hope!

I contacted the ticket seller - who actually wrote down to me - 'we don't sell restricted view tickets! But they won't do a thing.

A number of affected parties are trying to band together - clearly there is a case here ... but it's hard to see how they would garner support - the daily Mail floated an article which was - unsurprisingly - met by the 'oh well if you've got that money to waste you deserve all you get'- sort of spite.

I've stressed about it but over time have come round to thinking that yea I will pursue it but let's see what happens and ultimately just soak up the atmosphere and let it go. (You see o had to get some Disney in there! &#129325

Try not to worry until it happens.

My understanding is the VIP tickets are about merchandise and not a better seat and if Ticketmaster have said it's.unrestricted then hopefully it will be.

I'm sure you'll have a fabulous time.

Thank you - we will certainly make the best of it and I'm sure the atmosphere will be great but we bought these tickets (well for my part they were the only ones left!) in good faith as they were described as non restricted and on the stadium plan looked great!

I've contacted axs who have been utterly useless. They accept no responsibility and say that they don't sell tickets with restricted views and my ticket is not an obstructed ticket.

Sigh

Well at least we will be there but it's not acceptable really. In fact it's false advertising

hopefully youll have a better view that we did in liverpool

they were the £160 (£180 inc fees) seats and weren't advertised as restricted view, but they were - this is the view of centre stage...

between that and the nasty anfield seats (uncomfortable with no room whatsoever. my knees were in the back of the person in front's head, i'm done with stadium gigs, especially at those sort of prices... it didnt ruin the evening, but it certainly took the shine off things

If it’s any consolation, we ended up in seats that can only be described as behind the stage for Billy Joel in Manchester - we got moved but still logged a complaint afterwards and were fully refunded. Take photos, names of staff helping etc.

I couldn’t see a thing at Anfield (mostly due to my crap eyesight!) but the giant screens show everything and you’ll probably find you’re too busy dancing and singing to pay much attention to the tiny details!

Thank you - I have no doubt it will be an amazing show. It's just taken the glitter away a bit. I will do my best to stay positive 😂😀

Some of the pictures i have seen like these above of the 'view' for north of £150 its absolutely shocking

As for these "VIP" seats @ £600 where you cant even see the stage ... what the actual

Also heard some interview about hospitality at Club Wembley god knows what that costs & got served up hotdogs/burgers & sweets ..

I honestly think promoters are so far out of touch with what the think people can actually afford / will accept
