So I still haven’t heard from Landry - they took my $100
Dollars, gave me the points on my account for the gift card purchase, but I have no gift cards and they sent me an email saying my order had not been processed.

I’ve raised an account query and sent them an email.

What else can I do? I do not wish to lose $100 ☹️

If you have read my posts you will see my issue was that they sent mine to an email address I can no longer access and when they eventually answered me told me to phone or email but gave me an incorrect email 🤷🏻 do you have a confirmation/order number , this is the correct email for gift card enquiries and they responded within 1 hour of me emailing them with the gift cards

If Landry’s still say they can’t find your order, then raise a dispute with your card provider.

Has the $100 definitely come out of your bank? Landry gave me an order number and then an email to say it had not been processed-these emails all were linked to my appleID email which I wasn’t expecting as that email is not linked to my actual Landry account. The money was pending on my credit card through Apple Pay for a few days but then disappeared. Although I have no gift card these points did show on my Landry card account in the ‘activity’ section. I have since successfully managed to purchase the gift cards using my iPad through the Landry App using the same card on Applepay-once again it went to my appleID email but the gift cards came quickly in another email after the order number email. So far there is no record of any new activity of points in my history other than the ones I shouldn’t have received as I didn’t actually get any gift cards!

Yes - I paid on my Starling card - I had zero balance and transferred £100 so I know it’s definitely come out as only £6 something left in there now.

As long as it’s a debit card and not a pre-paid card you can raise a dispute.

Your vouchers must be somewhere then, is there definitely nothing in a spam folder? so frustrating hope you get them sorted.
