Virgin Altlantic WiFi Charges

Hi there,

We will be travelling on a Boeing 747-400. Can anyone tell me what the WiFi charges are on this aircraft?

Thank you

Sorry to hijack, but how reliable is the Wi-Fi on these aircraft?

Appreciate is not going to be super fast or anything, but wondered if it is okay to browse Facebook etc?

It's pretty good tbh, I've uploaded and posted pictures on my food threads on here, in flight before.

Is the unlimited pass per device? So if I wanted to use my phone and then my laptop, I'd need 2 passes? If so, at least I know to only buy one for the laptop before making a purchase on my phone.

You can share a login/purchase between devices as long as only one is connected at once.

We flew out here on Thursday and I couldn't get on the wifi at all. We only had 202 passengers on a 747 so I dont think it was because there were too many people trying to access it. I kept getting to the 'we are sending your info down to earth' page but it wouldn't load the payment page or go any further. I tried at various points throughout the flight with no luck.
