I’ve just received this from Lloyds I paid for flights on my credit card for next year
Thank you. I have raised this and sent it to our disputes team to review. Unfortunately, as we are still waiting on a decision from the CAA as to how proceed with cases such as this, this will not likely be resolved particularly quickly. You should expect to hear from us regarding this within 45 days. |

I’m totally perplexed by the inconsistencies.
Surely if it’s law passed in section 75 of consumer credit act- The banks should process applications and none of this ‘awaiting further instructions’ How do we overcome these obstacles? |

Have just had a tweet from Lloyds...
If your flights weren't ATOL protected, a section 75 will have been raised. However, due to the circumstances, this will take up to 45 days to contact you. So another different answer. |
