Esta .. please give me hope !

I’m speechless .. my brother in law only just decided to check if his esta was in date .. we fly tomorrow morning .. and .. it’s not in date , he’s quickly applied for a new one and now we wait .. stress is not the word .. has anyone had theirs approved quickly recently ? Or should we admit defeat ?

Ours took a few hours. Did them a couple of weeks ago.

I've seen quite a few posts saying it was still relatively quick and well within your time frame so fingers crossed he is the same... Bet he won't do it again

OP, if application is "pending", tell him, to log out, then back in - everything crossed that, like for us, it'll go through OK for him. 🤞

My bro had his through while sat at the airport in August. He discovered when checking in that his ESTA didn’t have correct passport number on it despite having scanned rather than manually entering it when he applied months before (always check people!). He made it with about 10 mins to spare! Very, very stressful.

I had to redo my friends for our upcoming New York trip I did it about 12pm and the next day I logged in early AM and it was approved, fingers crossed for him

I did 2 for family last Sunday and they were approved within half an hour.

Ours took 4 hours a couple of months ago.

We did our ESTA on a Sunday in March was authorised 4 hours later. We were surprised thought we would have to wait till till the Monday, Good luck.
