Looking for a condo hotel. Floridays, HGVC, Cypress Pointe?

We are going to Orlando for the first time in late August and are looking for a 2 bedroom condo within a resort / hotel setting.
We are not planning to hire a car but have a healthy budget for Ubers. However we would not want to stay in a very large resort where you need to drive to o get to the entrance and pools.
We would like to be close to Disney and have some restaurants nearby (preferably walking distance). We would not like to stay on-site at Disney as the rooms are either too small or too expensive.
So far our short list includes Floridays, Sheraton Vistana Villages, Cypress Pointe Resort, HGVC Tuscany, Meliá Celebration and maybe Regal Oaks of not too big.
Which one would you recommend?

I think they are part of the same complex.

Cane Island resort is within easy walking distance to Ihop, Chillis, Longhorn, cracker barrel, perkins plus a CVS. It is a bit of a drive away from Disney though.

Hi don't rule out staying on site. OkW large accommodation and easy access with busses to parks . Can work out better than you think. As an example OKW you get the boat or bus to Disney springs or to the boardwalk and other hotels.
The other place we have stayed is world quest one of the closest resort type to Disney, no restaurants in walking distance but 4/5 mins by uber. Would also ask why no car, if you drive it's so handy for shopping or trips to Walmart etc

I've stayed at both Cypress Pointe and Floridays. Would recommend both. CP is in LBV and nearer to Disney so cheaper on Uber. Plenty of restaurants nearby, just keep an eye for the roadworks around LBV, I'm not sure when they start but sure some if the restaurants are relocating. Floridays is at the end of Int Dr, nearer the premium outlets and we walked about 15/20 mins to the restaurants in that area. The I-drive bus stops there so can take you into the busier area of Int Dr.

Cypress Pointe and Grande Villas are separate properties but they do allow shared use of facilities.

Grande Villas is a great location and excellent apartments.

We went to Grand Beach in November and really liked there. Only downside was that you had to drive everywhere as a bit more remote for restaurants etc
