Snack Credit Musts

Hi Guys,

This year will see our first ever time using the DDP and just wanted to get some ideas of what your must have's or must try snack credit items are.

Some we intend to try are:

Dolewhip (love this anyway)
Cheshires cat tail
Night blossom slush
School Bread
Large Micky waffle
Funnel Cake
Fries with cheese & pulled pork (Flame tree)

I love an american dream from Epcot, it’s in the american pavilion, so nice! Also an ice cream cookie sandwich from the plaza at MK!

Strawberry açai from Starbucks is a great use of a snack credit especially as you get get a vendi size for a snack credit, they’re so refreshing!

I second Goofy's Candy Store. The 'make your own rice crispies treat; is an experience AND a snack at the same time. The kids love picking out their toppings.

First time I went I hoard the snack treats and had so much left over. Second time round I used lots for drinks. All that walking round in the heat does make one thirsty! We usually exchange snack credits for the Trenta size iced drinks at Starbucks and shared one amongst us.

Don't forget you can swap your QS or TS credits into snack credits. They are very useful for buying snack-sized treats for souvenirs. It prolonged the Disney magic when we get back home somehow.

Amazing Unexpectedpenny - Exactly the sort of thing I was after.

I do want a Jalapeno-Cheese Pretzel from the Launching Pad in MK too (if it's still there!).

Also the Pongu Lumpia (Pineapple Cream Cheese Spring Roll) from the Pongu Pongu drink stand.

I’ve just seen a new S’more Cookie from the ABC Commissary at Hollywood Studios so will add that to my list!

I like the strawberry one too, DH loves the Very Berry one. This has reminded me I want to try the mango/dragon fruit one next time.

Haha glad to have helped! I spend a lot of time researching my Disney food! I have a preliminary list for EPCOT’s flower and garden festival too but will update it when the official menus are out.

Ah yes thanks for the reminder, I removed the Pongu Lumpia from my list when they stopped selling it but last I heard it had made a come back. I’ll re add it now.

I know that you have put Dole Whip but the "Peter Pan" one is most delicious, of the 3 varieties this was our favourite.
