If you had been gifted £500...

... what would you treat yourself to? Or would you save it?

Maybe save half & spend half on a shopping spree at Bluewater 🛍🛍
Though we had a ppi payout last year & Hubbie gave me exactly £500 💰I’ve still got it in the Building Society 🙊😉I going to upgrade our flight with it, but they wanted £800 so I left it 🙄🤣

Keep it for now - can’t stand shopping in current conditions.

Save half , spend half, as long as it's on something you want but wouldn't have bought otherwise. Not bills or spending for the sake of it

We always do half and half. Enjoy half and either pay off a bill or save the other half.

Pandora have a sale on at the moment so I would treat myself to a Christmas bracelet with Christmas themed charms 💕

If it’s the £500 from the gov you are thinking of -

Isn’t the whole idea that the gov would want you to spend. Many local stores will do online / phone orders.

You wouldn’t have to go to amazon or into shops.

I would spend with local independent traders in my town.

I think I’d try and buy/ put it towards and inflatable hot tub. Been looking at one for ages.
