I am just been to the Theatre in Town (the new Les Mis - amazing and so much better than the precious version ) anyway we were seated in a box so had a good view of both the stage (important) and the other seats (being nosey ) it was amazing the number of people wearing masks - we even saw them in the pre theatre restaurant. People in London are obviously being cautious and with Chinese New Year celebrations from tomorrow (and all the influx of visitors ) it was truly remarkable the masks on view.

Chinese New Year sees a huge movement of people in China. Virtually everyone goes to visit family. I read somewhere it's the largest migration of people in the world, every year!

They would be most at risk like any similar virus (think flu - many can shake it but for others eg old and have pre existing conditions like asthma (like me) it can be far more serious )

I see a doctor (presumable not in the at risk group) has also died so it is a worry hence COBRA met

It is Chinese New Year and huge celebrations in London with many flying in to meet relatives etc hence why, I guess, there are more people walking around in face masks
