Don’t say that I’ve had it for about 4 weeks was hoping it’s gone by next week Gp had given me inhalers and an antibiotic just in case for our trip due to my underlying auto immune issues and insurance has been informed Ian says if I get stopped or quarantined on arrival in the US I’m on my own |

I came down with this on 23rd Dec. Was really rough for 3-4 days - achey, shivery etc. Then it turned into a cough/cold. The cold cleared up in another week but the cough stayed. Feels like I have a permanent frog in my throat and have to clear it. Very slowly improving but it’s been a long one!

I saw my GP between Christmas and New Year and he said it's just a Virus and I can fight it. I then went to a walk in doctor at CVS and he said it could not possibly still be a virus and must be an allergy.
It does seem to come and go, I am seriously thinking of avoiding flu jab next year as this was my first time and I've gone from never being ill to this! |

My sister still has it from November, and has been told by doctor, it will be 6 to nine months before she recovers, they think now she might have done some damage to her heart, so she is going for tests in the next few weeks, I am worried about this corona virus, as if will effect her. Hope everyone is feeling better( and everyone else)

Yes it is the same with her, one day sounds a bit better then the next, back to square one, she does suffer from asthma, so that doesn’t help, hope you all start to feel better soon.
