I will be, it’s not a major issue compared to many people’s problems but I’m not a good patient. I feel I’m hospital/doctor phobic so it’s always stressful for me when I have to go, and if I get an unsympathetic doctor (as yesterday) and my results aren’t great either then I find it even more difficult to cope with. Thank you for asking xx

Just say ‘excuse me please’ quite loudly to them - makes the point that they are getting in everyone else’s way while remaining ultra polite and retaining moral high ground
