Problem inputting credit card onto My disney experience
Hi,
Wonder if you can help. I'm tying to input my credit card onto my disney experience so that I'm ready to do my ADRs next month. I've input everything correctly, clicked the done button at the bottom of the page but it's just not updating. I've tried using a different card, logged in and out and also tried yesterday. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks |

Are you doing it in the app or on the web site? I found I could only do mine on the website (for mobile ordering rather than adr deposits).

Have you tried changing your country to US (English)?
Click on the three horizontal lines on the top left hand side of the screen and it's an option at the bottom. On the website that is.

I had the same problem a week ago! Tried everything including online, the app, us version etc. Then I called them and they took my details. Thirty minutes later I received an email saying it was all sorted, so I jumped back on and it was all still the same! I emailed them again and didn't receive an answer before my adr time kicked in. To be fair we still got all the adr's we wanted by adding my cc info to each booking which literally took about an extra minute per booking. I have since had another email from them asking me to call them again but I don't see the point as I can add a cc at check in at the hotel.

I've called disney, the lady on the phone asked me to make a reservation which I did, I input my credit card details and it accepted it fine. There's also a box to tick if you want to save the credit card which I did and it's now showing in my profile. No idea why it wouldn't just let me add it but all sorted. Thanks for your help.

Try doing what I was told to do and if it doesn't work give them a call. I called them on 0800 169 0749 that's the technical support number. Good Luck.
