Which offsite hotel?

Hoping to have a solo trip to DLP at the beginning of next month. Funds won’t stretch to an on-site hotel so which one of these hotels would you choose:

Ibis MLV Val d’Europe
Holiday Inn Express MLV Val d’Europe

Only £20 difference, HI being the cheaper but also including breakfast. Planning to use the train to get to the parks.

Thanks in advance

Ibis is fine, so near - literally opposite the back entrance to the station. Nice cold breakfast too, particularly if you love meats and cheeses as I do - excellent quality for a small price. The staff are friendly. Room is absolutely no frills, tiny pod bathroom, TV, bring your own kettle and drinks. But nice comfy bed!

Thanks for this. Do you think you’d choose Ibis over the Holiday Inn?

Not been to HI but can’t fault the location of the Ibis and that swings it for me. I can get to my room from the park in 15 minutes.

Brilliant 🤩 Just noticed on Hotels.com that the HI is actually 9km away from Disneyland - will definitely be going for the Ibis!

Make sure it is the Val d’Europe one and not another Marne la Vallee one. And not the Ibis Budget either.
