Well tried the aleve pm after 3 nights don't know what's in it but the night terrors were awful so that went down the toilet and talk about hung over
I walk the dogs several times a day at home often walk to the shops rather than take the car
Go to the gym 3/4 times aweek run after a 2 and 3 year old3 days a week this included the walking bus nursery does
May be just something I'll,have to live with
Did manage 3 hours last night so maybe it will get better
But thanks all

Another one in the ‘wide awake club’ lately. It comes and goes. White noise helps often but not always. I am retired so feel sorry for those having to work after bad nights. Strange that I didn't have the problem when working in a stressful job with long hours, must have been too tired.

White noise drives me nuts DH tried it for his tinnitus don't know who spent more nights on the spare room till he decided that was worse
Just the fact that it's just not me from posts on here makes it more
Bearable
My older brother since he was born has never slept more than 4 hours a night his norm his wife loves it he gets up irons prepares the days meals use to sort out the boys school stuff puts the washing on cleans
Only thing he doesn't for is Hoover walks the dogsnow to there local bakery they live in France 10 months a year for fresh bread all be fore Maggie is up
My sister needs a bomb to get her awake even when she had a really high power job other sister sleeps well but gets up full of joy could cheerfully give here what for as she never shuts up till mid morning she's also a night owl but from around 11 am till 8/9 pm she says I'm on auto pilot
I've got 3 sons that mirror my siblings

Sorry to hear that it's not really improving much. Hopefully it will do soon, due to recent events you have endured it's not surprising. You have probably been living on nervous energy for weeks. Now that things are improving your body needs time to readjust. I really hope that it will get better soon.
