I think Studios at AK only sleep 4, or that would be my vote!

I'd definitely opt for CBR over POR so you could check out a different resort, the fact that it is cheaper is just a little bonus.

You can’t go wrong with any of those. Although if you are to make the most of your time at Disney you aren’t really going to be in the room to see the animals if you stay there? Although it would be lovely when you wake up to sit and watch the animals on the balcony for breakfast.

Lol I’m not much use am I!

Just to add, I agree with collybird thst it would be nice to see another resort and I like the look of CBR.

The voice of reason Kat.

You are so right, you do really need/want a lot of resort time in a Savannah view room.

Thank you both, I didn't realise the studio only slept 4 so it's a no go sadly. I just can't justify the price for a 1 bed when it's just somewhere to lay our heads ... looks like I'm going to go for CBR preferred room Any recommendations on rooms to request? I'll probably get that booked up tomorrow xx

That would be a great birthday surprise, if you can hold out that long. I kept staying at the Disneyland Hotel a secret from Nik for months and the reveal was so underwhelming, I was so proud of myself too.

We were in Jamaica at CBR, which we loved, but I think you can't really go wrong with any area of the resort, it has such a lovely atmosphere, you really feel like you are on holiday. In a preferred room you will be in either Martinique or Trinidad.

For what it's worth I think the cheapest option is the right one for a one night stay.

I didn't get the job. Apparently my interview and task were brilliant it's just that there was someone with more experience in the role.

Now to prepare for interview number 2 a week tomorrow 🤞 xx

That's a pity but some good feedback for you, onward and upward!

It's hard to feel down when you don't get something but I really believe that when it's the right job you'll get it.
