Sorry if it's been asked before, but would I be able to use my ddp for the festival of fantasy parade dining plan ?

While not 100% sure, I would doubt it very much, it offers an appetizer, entr�e & desert + drink so more than what you are entitled to on the DDP

It's $45 for a adult & $17 for a child

Yes you can. You get good value here, same as you do for the Fantasmic dinner package, as you get 3 courses
