Character dining outside the parks

Slightly odd one. We're going in October and as we did Disney last year I can't justify Disney tickets especially as our youngest will just be 3 (and is short!) so we're doing Busch and Aquatica.

I thought it might be nice to do MNSSHP and then a character meal out of the park to compensate.

We've done Ohana breakfast and it's definitely a contender but which other ones would you recommend that have good character interaction and won't break the bank. We have two girls 3 and 9. Youngest loves princesses but eldest is less bothered.

How about the trattoria al forno Bon voyage breakfast ? Chef mickeys but that's expensive or 1900 park fare?

I was also going to suggest the Bon Voyage one - you get Ariel and her dude plus Rapunzel and Flynn Rider all the reviews I have read appear to be really good... I would recommend 1900 Park Fare too for the whole Cinderella crew at dinner. Breakfast gets you Alice, Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins and I think Tigger was there too? Ohana with Stitch was excellent we did it twice last year the interaction was pretty cool. Another one to try (we haven't but will be doing in summer) is Cape May Cafe - I think you get Minnie and Daisy not sure who else comes.

The trattoria sounds amazing! I've booked :-) a good balance of food for DH, princesses for the little one and fun characters like Flynn Ridee for the eldest!
