Virgin tickets but staying offsite... MDE help

Hi dibbers

How can you link park tickets on MDE if booked a package through Virgin. I am worried because it's not a Disney hotel, we are staying offsite.

Do you still get a Disney reference number from Virgin or is that only if you are staying at a Disney hotel? How do I link my tickets and get them to show on MDE. I need to book fastpasses today

You need your Disney passes reference no. from Virgin, if you haven't received your passes yet then you need to ring Virgin & get that no. without it MDE won't recognise that you have Disney passes so no FP+.

Some people also say that you don't get the reference number until 30 days out but some people have managed to get the reference before so good luck!

Thank you. Will one reference number link all the tickets on MDE, there are 7 of us? Or do I have multiple reference numbers?

Hi we were in the same position, my FP window opened yesterday! You should have the reference number on your Disney ticket if not they will give it to you over live chat. Good luck
