dental bleach

I had plastic trays made here in the UK - was crazy enough to pay for a whitening treatment that didn't work at my local dentist! But at least I now have tailor-made trays and I buy whitening gel from Walmart which works much better.

I don't know the cost of just the bleaching and trays because I had the laser treatment called *Zoom* too... but I was given bleach to use at home also, a years supply. but honestly it has lasted alot longer than that because my teeth have stayed white. Bleaching is alot cheaper than the *Zoom* laser treatment... which cost me under $500.. which may sound alot but convert it to pounds... worked out cheaper than UK treatment for me.

I've always wondered about having something like this done when I'm over there.

Does anyone know if the Crest strips are okay to use if you have sensitive teeth?

And I'm I right in thinking the bleach won't work if there is a filling (white) in the tooth?

I've thought about having facial treatments like a peel - has anyone every tried anything like this?

Hi you will see from my previous post that i used the crest strips prior to my wedding. I have sensitive teeth and I had no problems using them. I used the supreme ones and they were really good. It also says on the box that they dont work on fillings or crowns etc.

I have white fillings and a white crown these do not get whitened by the bleach no. If you have the Zoom treatment you MUST use sensitive toothpaste at least a week before your treatment... they insist on that.
