Q about Free Dining

Hello,

I am probably being rather dim here but...
If you were to book a budget Disney resort and got the free breakfast, does this mean you have to have to use the credit on breakfast or could you use if for any quick service meal?

Not being dim at all.

They advertise it as free breakfast but you can use the credit any time of day in any quick serve.

If you have kids in your party you can really stretch the value of the credits by using them all on adult meals and buy the odd kids meal out of pocket

They do, but not on the free breakfast plan by the looks of it - only mentioned on the QSDP and above. Although you can purchase one from any resort for your stay ($17.99 each from memory) if you think you'll get value from it.

The free "breakfast" offer doesn't come with resort refillable mug.
All other dining plans do come with a mug each

We also upgraded a value to QSDP, and when the free breakfast offer is on your upgrade is slightly cheaper. It takes into account that you're already getting one meal free.
